What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and bank transfers as payments. All payments are single, made only once, are non-recurring and can only be initiated by the user.
How are payments processed?
All transactions are handled by reputable, secure and trusted payment providers that are certified and PCI compliant with international data security standards. We never touch or store any sensitive financial information during the payment process.
Do you use HTTPS/SSL on your platform?
All user queries are encrypted over HTTPS at all times. Our service is certified with a world standard SSL certificate provided by Cloudflare to keep all web sessions secure.
Are there any commitments or contracts?
No. There are no commitments or lock in contracts for the use of our service.
Do you offer automatic renewals?
No. We do not have the functionality to initiate automatic payment renewals, and neither do we have access to any user financial information to do so whatsoever.


Do you offer refunds on any purchases?
Yes. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for more information regarding refunds.
Can I suspend my account?
Yes. You can suspend your account at any time by accessing the account Settings page once you have logged in. Some of our users might only use our advertising services temporarily and we fully support this decision.
What happens when I suspend my account?
All of your advertising will be turned off, deactivated and you wont be able to login anymore. Any paid for and/or currently active upgrades will also not be legible for a refund if you decide to suspend your account.
Can I restore my account again?
Yes. You can restore your account again using your previous login details within 6 months from the date of your initial suspension.
Why was my account suspended?
Your account could be suspended if any complaints are made against it, or if any content is found to violate acceptable use of our services.

REFUND POLICY
For your protection and peace of mind, we will be happy to accommodate any refunds or credits on purchases as required under Australian Consumer Law. More information about your rights and obligations can be found on the Australian Consumer Law website.
However, in order to qualify for a refund, we will have to follow a few procedures to make sure we can verify and process your refund request as efficiently as possible. Additionally, refunds will only be approved if the information you provide in your request matches the details on file with our payment provider.PLEASE NOTE
Our refund policy only covers transactions directly related to the purchasing of advertising features on our service. SOSH does not interfere with the relationship between users and/or customers.
Furthermore, we will not provide a refund in the event that your account and/or associated content is suspended for any violation of our Terms of Use. Refunds or credits will not be given under any of the following circumstances:- Your upgrade has already been purchased and you have changed your mind for any reason,
- You have decided to suspend and/or delete your account while any upgrade is still active.
- You have deleted the content before the purchase timeframe has expired, or period of expiry has been reached.
- Content associated with your account has been suspended due to multiple reports or infringements.
- Your account contains defamatory, indecent, adult or content that may cause harm to individuals.
- Our service becomes temporarily unavailable or inaccessible due to any issues/faults beyond our control.
- You are in breach of any applicable laws or regulations in your state and/or territory of operation.

3. Payments
3.1 The service offers paid, optionable upgrades for the usage of certain features that improve the functionality and experience of its services.
3.2 The payment for optional upgrades are due immediately upon the checkout process, where you agree and confirm that the upgrades have been initiated upon confirmation of a successful payment, whereby a payment is deemed successful as indicated by:
- the confirmation message that appears directly after a successful payment has been made.
- a copy of the associated tax invoice that appears in the invoices section of your account.
3.3 Except for any sales tax that we may be required to collect on any purchase; you are responsible for paying all fees and taxes associated with your use of the service, if any.4. Refunds
4.1 Refunds or credits will not be given under any of the following circumstances:
- Your upgrade has already been purchased and you have changed your mind for any reason,
- You have decided to suspend and/or delete your account while any upgrade is still active.
- You have deleted the content before the purchase timeframe has expired, or period of expiry has been reached.
- Content associated with your account has been suspended due to being reported multiple times by users as a scam or spam.
- Your account contains obscene, lewd, indecent or adult content and/or images.
- Our service becomes temporarily unavailable or inaccessible due to any technical issues or faults beyond our control.
- Your account is found to be in breach of any applicable laws or regulations in your state and/or territory of operation.
4.2 Furthermore, under no circumstances will we provide a refund in the event that your account and/or associated content is suspended for any violation of these Terms.4.3 Please refer to our Refund Policy page for more information regarding the terms, conditions and procedures for refunds.5. Warranties and Disclaimers
5.1 Other than as expressly set out in these Terms, neither the service nor its owners make any specific promises about the content or materials within the Services, their reliability, availability, or ability, to meet your needs.
